Order Processing

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Highly customized or personalized orders may take 5–7 business days to process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping only. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 days

• International: 7-21 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We are thrilled to offer our handmade gear beyond the U.S.! Your dog can now explore in style whether you are nearby or across the globe! We currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Netherlands, and Germany. We are adding more soon - stay tuned! 

Important Note: international order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check your country's import policies before placing your order. 

International Rates: shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
